MASPA Member Benefit: 10% Discount on HUMANeX Ventures Training
HUMANeX Ventures training provides school administrators with tools to enable them to clearly conceptualize excellence in professionals.
Participants have unique and meaningful experiences during these partial and multi-day sessions, learning to analyze excellence through exercises such as review of recorded interviews and case studies to build competency and eventually certification on HUMANeX's selection instruments.
During the trainings, participants become skilled in the analysis of the different structured interview tools offered by HUMANeX. Participants have an opportunity to become certified in the training sessions upon demonstrating sufficient inter-rater reliability in the use of the advanced interview.
MASPA members receive a 10% discount on training fees for events delivered within Minnesota.
