Our mission is twofold: to expand access to excellent teachers and to foster meaningful cultural exchange that enriches students and communities.

We make international hiring as seamless as possible by managing the full process:

Recruitment – Candidates are sourced and trained through our partner, the InIm Institute in Romania, with an emphasis on classroom excellence and teacher well-being.

Visa & Relocation Support – We work with teachers and districts to coordinate visa processes, relocation logistics, and orientation.

Ongoing Assistance – Our team provides mentorship and cultural programming to ensure both teachers and districts thrive together.

Many of our educators hold advanced degrees and bring a decade or more of classroom experience. With placements lasting up to five years, districts gain both stability and a cross-cultural learning opportunity for their students."
