Professional memberships in MASPA are available to active school personnel whose assigned work is primarily concerned with personnel/human resource functions in the public schools or public charter schools. Depending on your role, and the events and resources that you would like to access, there is a membership level for you. Our membership year runs September 1 to August 31. Fees are prorated throughout the year and adjustments will be applied after joining. See our pro-ration policy.

State Negotiators Memberships IncludeState Negotiators is a sister-organization to MASPA - providing opportunities for topical and professional networking. Where MASPA considers all topics related to human resources and human capital management, State Negotiators' focus is supporting a close community of professionals that work on issues related to contract negotiations and labor relations. Full members of State Negotiators enjoy access to digital resources, and monthly meetings with relevant topics and regular reports on contract settlements. In any given membership year, the presentation portion of for some meetings may be broadcast to a live listening audience. Full members of State Negotiators are able to attend remotely at at no cost. Non-members can addend remote sessions for a per-registrant fee. |
