Welcome and Introductions
Mick Waldspurger, Shareholder, Rupp, Anderson, Squires, and Waldspurger, P.A., will present "Legal Considerations and Effective Interview Techniques for Investigations and Interactive Process Meetings." In this interactive presentation, Mick will cover a variety of important scenarios including the ADA interactive process and the relationship between MDE and PELSB in investigations.
