When it became clear that operations for the start of this school year would not be normal, the HR and Technology teams at Northeast Metro 916 Intermediate District sprang into action. A flexible and robust system was needed. One that could manage new processes for leaves of absence, and also new COVID-related requests, and could also be adapted as new requirements were certain.

Participants in this session will hear and see a demonstration of the measures that 916 put into place with the help of Laserfiche for forms, workflow, and document management, and their enterprise content partners, OPG-3. Amanda Stambaugh, Business Analyst for 916 will describe the problems they're tackling and show how the systems working to support their staff. Amanda will be joined by Clay Baer, Director of Technology for OPG-3, who will be able to respond to technical questions form the audience as well as share insights solutions created by other customers.
