State Negotiators' are held virtually via Zoom Meetings.    Attendance is limited to members of the State Negotiators.  There is a $35 fee for school administrators that do not have a full State Negotiators' membership.

   Panel discussion with HR leaders from different districts providing their perspectives on the overall teacher bargaining process, how they prepare, how they think about goals in bargaining, and special challenges associated with the upcoming round of bargaining.
   
   
3. Reports and Updates on Settlements
   ** Closed Session - available to only those actively representing school management in negotiations **
   Moderated group discussion: members share a brief update as to where they are in the process of negotiating teachers’ and other contracts. Includes please share the main issues they have brought to the table as well as any other issues or proposals you feel would be of interest to the group.
