State Negotiators' are held virtually via Zoom Meetings.    Attendance is limited to members of the State Negotiators.  There is a $35 fee for school administrators that do not have a full State Negotiators' membership.

   Small group discussions around themes at the intersection of equity and negotiations.  Attendees will be invited to participate in dialog with peers on how they approach and work with labor leaders to develop inclusive and responsive labor relationships and agreements that reflect organizational values.  Prepared themes are:
   
   • Encouraging diverse voices at the table
   • Unrequested Leave/Last In First Out (LIFO)
   • Recruitment (pay and benefit structures)
   • Culturally responsive leave policies
   • Grow your own teacher programs

   Moderated group discussion: members share a brief update as to where they are in the process of negotiating teachers’ and other contracts. Includes please share the main issues they have brought to the table as well as any other issues or proposals you feel would be of interest to the group.
