This will in-person meeting with plated lunch from 11:30 to 12:30, followed by the meeting. 

COVID protocol: Masks recommended for all individuals.  This DoubleTree location participates in the Hilton CleanStay program.  Seating for lunch and meeting seating will allow physical distancing.

   With many districts working on negotiations with our EM groups and having language where the district pays a component of union leadership salaries, Mick Waldspurger, Shareholder, Rupp, Anderson, Squires, & Waldspurger, P.A. will present  an overview of the recent Anoka-Hennepin litigation and share strategies for limiting exposure.

   Moderated group discussion: members share a brief update as to where they are in the process of negotiating teachers’ and other contracts. Includes please share the main issues they have brought to the table as well as any other issues or proposals you feel would be of interest to the group.
