Quality Human Resources is at the heart of Educational Equity and effective human relations is a key prong. Human Resource leaders will be introduced to the Tools of Cultural Proficiency framework and explore their application in the HR context.

Learning Outcomes:

HR leaders will develop a introductory understanding the the Cultural Proficiency Framework
HR leaders will apply understanding of the continuum of Cultural Proficiency in their district context
HR leaders will examine local policy and protocol that supports equitable outcomes
HR leaders will explore self-awareness activities designed to build an understanding of the inside out approach to Cultural Proficiency
