   Participants will revisit labor relations for the virtual academy setting.  The group will engage in conversation on key questions related to position-specific language in contracts, enlisting local union support for permanent remote hires, and using distance opportunities for credit recovery.
   
   
3. Reports and Updates on Settlements
   Moderated group discussion: members share a brief update as to where they are in the process of negotiating teachers’ and other contracts. Includes please share the main issues they have brought to the table as well as any other issues or proposals you feel would be of interest to the group.
