2. Presentation: Prioritizing the Well-Being of Adults to get the Outcomes for Students
   Dr. Clayton Cook, University of Minnesota / CharacterStrong, will present on the factors undermining the well-being and resilience of school staff, including Human Resources Professionals. He'll also present strategies to cultivate civility during labor negotiations. Attendees will be provided resources and examples of effective approaches that schools are taking to prioritize the needs of staff, while also maintaining a focus on student experience and outcomes.
   
   
3. Reports and Updates on Settlements
   Moderated group discussion: members share a brief update as to where they are in the process of negotiating teachers’ and other contracts. Includes please share the main issues they have brought to the table as well as any other issues or proposals you feel would be of interest to the group.
