Kaylynn A. Johnson and Lauren T. Kingsbeck, attorneys at Ratwik, Roszak & Maloney, P.A., will discuss the implementation of Minnesota’s new Earned Sick and Safe Time Act (ESST) and Paid Family Medical Leave (PFML), as well as address changes to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). This presentation will address some of the most common questions school districts have raised over the past several months.  Review of ESST changes from the 2024 legislative session wll be inclued.
