   Alex D. Ivan and Mallory P. Nordberg, Attorneys, Kennedy & Graven, Chartered.  This session will examine recent case studies involving grievances and arbitration relevant to  Minnesota public schools. Presenters will highlight key legal and procedural issues, arbitration outcomes, and practical considerations for school administrators responsible for labor relations.

   
   
3. Reports and Updates on Settlements, Arbitration, and BMS Rulings.
   

   ** Closed Session - available to only those actively representing school management in negotiations **

   Moderated group discussion: members share a brief update as to where they are in the process of negotiating teachers’ and other contracts. Includes main issues they have brought to the table as well as any other issues or proposals you feel would be of interest to the group.

   Attendees are invited to share about arbitration results and BMS rulings such as representation votes and contract scope rulings.
