Calling HR, Business, Community Education, Athletics & Activities leaders - don’t miss this meaningful conversation! The MN Paid Leave User Community is hosting a live webinar with Betsy Ohrn from the Minnesota Paid Leave department to unpack how Paid Leave affects community education staff, athletics/activities, and substitutes. We’ll explore real scenarios, including tricky situations—like how to handle an after-school program leader taking intermittent leave mid-session.

Please submit your most challenging questions or scenarios through the registration form or to [email protected] by November 14. We will share them with Betsy in advance.

Register by completing this form, https://forms.gle/yrTv76zjPJnZ7APL7

Topics include:

  • Overview of Paid Leave procedures and policy decisions

  • Implementation progress updates

  • Community Education, athletics & activities, and substitute staff examples

This is your chance to clarify gray areas and prepare for the January 1st rollout of this new benefit.
