Building Healthy Organizations: Leading High-Performing, Culturally Competent Organizations
Points ballroom

Tracy Duran, Founder & CEO, iDEATE Collaborative

This workshop explores our role in developing and leading healthy organizations to build and support high-performing, culturally competent work environments. Through self-exploration and Working Genius, it will cover Lencioni’s principles of building healthy organizations and the intersection of individual strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. The workshop will help cultivate strong leaders who authentically lead by embracing their identities and understanding their role in fostering organizations that value empathy, vulnerability, trust, and understand the impact of biases—designed for all levels of formal and informal leaders that contribute to developing healthy organizations.

Core Concepts:

  • Self-awareness and organizational health: Learn how self-awareness and leadership practices impact organizational health.
  • Understanding organizational blind spots: Identify, frame, and address blind spots that prevent growth and understand their impact on leadership.
  • Cultural self-awareness and organizational culture: Build cultural self- awareness and explore the connection between individual cultural programming and effectiveness in bridging cultural differences
