   Nicole Blissenbach, Commissioner, Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry will provide the latest information about the rollout of ESST.   This session will provide a high-level overview of the new law and focus most of the time on the employment scenarios unique to Minnesota's public schools such as collective bargaining agreements, casual and extra-duty work, and overlapping leave benefits.

   Moderated group discussion: members share a brief update as to where they are in the process of negotiating teachers’ and other contracts. Includes main issues they have brought to the table as well as any other issues or proposals you feel would be of interest to the group.
